This is one of the longest pistols I've had. It measures at almost 50 cm-long, with a 31 cm-long barrel in 18 mm caliber. Most probably produced in the Balkans, it features characteristic lightly engraved decorations on the top of the barrel. The lock plate is also nicely incised, and indistinctly marked with a maker's name. Brass back-plate features rudimentary military motifs. Stock has splinters missing on either side, near the barrel. Lock has a weak main spring, but is functional. Barrel is very well cast, much better than average. Overall, a very attractive piece, and full of character.
