GERMAN BAVARIAN ARTILLERY OFFICERS SWORD CA.1910

This scarce Bavarian Artillery Officer's Model 1855 sword dates to the early 20th century. Exquisitely etched and decorated 81 cm-long blade is in excellent shape, with only tiny losses to the finish. Hilt is in fine shape as well, with minor losses to the plating and grip enamel. Sword still carries its original portepee sword knot. A beautiful and uncommon WWI collector's piece.
