Description

This wonderful French AN XIII pistol bears the St.Etienne arsenal mark on the front of the lock plate, and is dated on the barrel 1810. Pistol is profusely marked on the barrel as well as on the brass furniture with inspectors cartouches. Everything appears to be original. Wooden stock has some old bruises, barrel and lock plate were cleaned a long while ago, lock functions superbly, and is maker marked on the inside of the lock plate.

An excellent and historical Napoleonic pistol, which could have taken part in the Peninsular Campaign, Borodino, Battle of Dresden, or on the field of Waterloo.
