This American seven-ball open-beaked eagle pommel spadroon dates to the first quarter of 19th century, and is in estate-fresh condition. Blade is 31" long, nicely etched with martial and floral motifs, along with a parrot-like federal eagle and 13 stars. There are several nicks on the cutting edge and some spots of stabilized rust.
